瞳视配（eyefit）隐私政策

1. 概述
瞳视配（eyefit，下称"本应用"）是一款供眼镜门店 / 验光师使用的配镜辅助测量工具（非医疗诊断产品）。本应用通过 iPad 的摄像头与 LiDAR 深度传感器采集面部影像与距离，计算瞳距、瞳高、镜架等配镜参数。本应用由门店工作人员操作，为到店顾客进行测量。本政策中，"用户"指使用本应用的门店 / 验光师，"被测量者"指接受测量的顾客。
2. 我们收集的信息
- 面部影像与深度数据（摄像头 / LiDAR）：为完成测量而拍摄的照片、深度图；
- 测量数据：瞳距、瞳高、镜架尺寸、坐标等配镜参数；
- 顾客与订单信息：由门店录入的顾客姓名、性别、联系方式、门店 / 公司信息、订单号等，用于关联测量结果；
- 设备与运行信息：设备型号、系统版本等，用于保障功能与故障排查。
我们不收集与功能无关的信息（如精确地理位置、通讯录、健康 / 医疗数据等）。
2.1 面部数据专项说明（含 TrueDepth 摄像头 / ARKit）
- 采集内容：① 为完成测量而拍摄的顾客正脸 / 侧脸照片；② 深度信息——使用后置 LiDAR 时为深度图，使用前置 TrueDepth 摄像头时为经 ARKit 人脸追踪计算得出的"相机到面部的距离"数值（单位毫米）；③ 由此计算出的瞳距、瞳高等配镜测量数值。本应用不采集、不存储、不上传 ARKit 面部网格（face mesh）、表情系数或任何面部几何模板，不进行人脸识别、身份验证或用户画像，也不将面部数据用于广告。
- 使用目的：仅用于计算并生成配镜测量结果（瞳距、瞳高、镜架参数等），供门店为该顾客配镜、开单使用；无其他用途。
- 存储位置与传输：照片与深度信息先保存在 iPad 本地，并通过 HTTPS 加密上传至我们自行运营的识别服务器进行计算和生成报告；数据仅存放于我们控制的服务器和门店自身的业务系统内。
- 共享：面部数据不会共享给任何第三方，不出售、不用于广告或分析；仅在法律法规要求时依法披露。
- 保留与删除：面部数据在门店配镜业务需要期间保留，最长不超过 5 年，到期自动删除；门店可随时在系统内删除对应测量记录，被测量者亦可通过 e0123cn@gmail.com 申请删除，我们将在合理期限内（一般不超过 30 天）处理。
3. 我们如何使用信息
- 计算并生成配镜测量结果与报告；
- 将测量结果与顾客 / 订单关联，供门店后续配镜、开单使用；
- 保障应用正常运行、排查故障、改进功能。
4. 存储与保留
- 测量照片与数据存储于设备本地，并上传至我们的服务器，用于生成与回显测量报告；
- 保留期限：在门店配镜业务需要期间保留，最长不超过 5 年，到期或应请求后删除；
- 传输过程采用 HTTPS 加密。
5. 信息共享
- 我们不会出售你的个人信息；
- 数据仅在门店自身的业务系统内使用（生成报告、开单配镜），不与无关第三方共享；
- 法律法规要求或为保护合法权益等法定情形除外。
6. 数据安全
我们采取合理的技术与管理措施（传输加密、访问控制等）保护信息，防止未经授权的访问、泄露或篡改。
7. 你的权利
被测量者及门店可申请访问、更正、删除相关个人信息，或撤回同意，请通过 e0123cn@gmail.com 与我们联系，我们将在合理期限内处理。
8. 未成年人
本应用面向门店经营使用，不面向 13 岁以下儿童。若被测量者为未成年人，门店应在测量前取得其监护人同意。
9. 同意
使用本应用即表示门店已阅读并同意本政策。门店在为顾客采集面部影像前，应取得顾客的知情同意。
10. 政策更新
我们可能不时更新本政策，更新后将在本页公布，重大变更会以适当方式提示。

1. Overview
eyefit ("the App") is an assistive optical measurement tool (not a medical diagnostic product) for optical stores and opticians. Using the iPad camera and LiDAR depth sensor, the App captures facial images and distance to calculate fitting parameters such as pupillary distance (PD) and pupil height. The App is operated by store staff to measure in-store customers. "User" means the store/optician using the App; "Subject" means the customer being measured.
2. Information We Collect
- Facial images & depth data (Camera / LiDAR): photos and depth maps captured to perform the measurement;
- Measurement data: PD, pupil height, frame dimensions, coordinates and other fitting parameters;
- Customer & order info: customer name, gender, contact, store/company info, order number entered by the store to associate the measurement;
- Device & diagnostic info: device model, OS version, for functionality and troubleshooting.
We do not collect information unrelated to functionality (e.g., precise location, contacts, health/medical data).
2.1 Face Data (including the TrueDepth camera / ARKit)
- What we collect: (1) the customer's front / side face photos taken to perform the measurement; (2) depth information — a depth map when the rear LiDAR sensor is used, or, when the front TrueDepth camera is used, a single "camera-to-face distance" value (in millimetres) derived through ARKit face tracking; (3) the resulting fitting measurements (PD, pupil height, etc.). The App does not collect, store or upload ARKit face meshes, blend-shape / expression data or any facial geometry template. It does not perform face recognition, identity verification or user profiling, and face data is never used for advertising.
- Purpose: solely to compute and generate eyewear fitting measurements (PD, pupil height, frame parameters) so the store can fit and order glasses for that customer. There is no other use.
- Storage & transmission: photos and depth information are stored on the iPad and transmitted over HTTPS to our own recognition servers to compute the measurement and generate the report. Data resides only on servers under our control and within the store's own business system.
- Sharing: face data is never shared with any third party, never sold, and never used for advertising or analytics; it is disclosed only where required by law.
- Retention & deletion: face data is retained only as long as needed for the store's fitting business and no longer than 5 years, after which it is deleted automatically. The store can delete the measurement record in the system at any time, and the measured customer may request deletion via e0123cn@gmail.com; we process such requests within a reasonable time (normally within 30 days).
3. How We Use Information
- To compute and generate measurement results and reports;
- To associate results with a customer/order for the store's subsequent fitting and ordering;
- To operate, maintain, troubleshoot and improve the App.
4. Storage & Retention
- Measurement photos and data are stored on the device and uploaded to our servers to generate and display measurement reports;
- Data is retained for as long as needed for the store's fitting business, no longer than 5 years, and deleted upon expiry or request;
- Data in transit is protected with HTTPS encryption.
5. Sharing
- We do not sell your personal information;
- Data is used only within the store's own business system (reports, ordering) and is not shared with unrelated third parties, except as required by law.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control) to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration.
7. Your Rights
Subjects and stores may request to access, correct or delete their personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting e0123cn@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
The App is intended for business use by stores and is not directed to children under 13. If a subject is a minor, the store must obtain guardian consent before measurement.
9. Consent
By using the App, the store confirms it has read and agreed to this policy. The store must obtain the customer's informed consent before capturing facial images.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will post updates on this page.
